SNOW!

Finially some snow. I hope we have a white Christmas.

Ice Candles

Floyd and I are making these christmas candles. The picture doesn't seem to do justice, but oh well. I guess you get the idea. I wish the picture would turn out prettier. They sure look nice.
Floyd made this huge one in a 5 gallon bucket, it took forever for it to freeze. He even added blue food coloring to it. It is really sparkly. As you can see we don't have much snow. I wish we would get dumped on. It will problay come in Jan, or Feb.

Happy Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving day we drove & met my parents in Champaign, IL, to have the holiday together.

Sunday morning we got up to say our goodbye's and we woke up to this winter wonderland.

One a evening walk, we just had Thanksgiving dinner with Liz,

She isn't going to be with us on Thanksgiving, she is working.
So we had to walk off our dinner.

Update on Puppies

The puppies are now 3 weeks old. Their eyes are open, i'm not to sure if they can see very well though. They are starting to crawl, but they are very unstable. Still nursing & sleeping alot.
They are holding their heads up without help, by the time i got the camera to take a picture they were exhausted and were ready for another nap.

They love to pile on each other and nap.
